It’s a great night to visit the Cedars – our neighbor, Ro2 Art also hosts the opening of their annual exhibition, CHAOS 7! Ro2 Art Summer Small Works Spectacular.
The Members Show is one of the cornerstones of the spirit and mission of The MAC. The exhibition celebrates emerging and established artistic talent in Dallas and surrounding areas. While fostering an inclusive worldview, The MAC continues to shape perceptions and attitudes towards contemporary art on a local level by acting as a societal meeting point between artists and art patrons. The Members Show provides a meeting point, a place for creative expression, and importantly, supports future programming.
The MAC also encourages art lovers and emerging collectors to support their local artists by taking a piece home – the exhibition is a great place to find affordable works to add to your collection!
The MAC is free and open to the public daily Wednesday-Sunday 12-5. Located at 1503 S Ervay St in the single story baby blue building at the corner of Ervay and Sullivan next door to Ro2 Art. Parking is in back off of Sullivan and street parking available throughout the neighborhood.
