Spring has sprung at Oral Fixation!
After March’s intense and riveting sold-out show, “Under the Gun,” Oral Fixation (An Obsession with True Life Tales) returns on Tuesday April 23rd at 7:30pm at with 7 stories on the theme, “Miss the Boat.”
Highlights include a Carnival cruise vacation being interrupted by a stepfather in a straitjacket, a 22 year-old dude’s concern of marrying too young is compounded by disastrously immature decision-making on his honeymoon, and an obese woman’s painful existence finally awakens and her body and life transform. All stories are true and read aloud straight from the horse’s mouth.
Casting for all Season 2 shows is on a continuous basis. You don’t have to be a writer or performer to participate. Everyone has a story to tell! Those interested in participating can find details on submitting their stories at www.oralfixationshow.com.
The remaining Season 2 theme is “Old School” coming up on May 14th. The story submission deadline is Friday, April 26th at 5pm. Season 3 will commence in the fall of 2013.
